Shipping & Returns
For all Australian orders over A$250, we provided FREE Express Post shipping (delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post.
For all Australian orders under A$250, shipping will be calculated at checkout. You can choose between the following Australia Post services:
- Parcel Post (delivery approx 5 business days after dispatch), or
- Express Post (delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch).
You can choose between the following Australia Post services:
- Australia Post Standard International (delivery approx 5-7 business days after dispatch), or
- Australia Post Express International (delivery approx 3-4 business days after dispatch).
Once successful, all orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.
The delivery timeframes indicated depend on whether you are located in a metro, regional or country areas.
Please consider the address provided – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you may need to sign for your package. If you would like to have your parcel insured please email , as parcel cover will incur an additional cost.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Refund & Return Policy
CASIKA does not offer refunds on our swimwear due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
Garment must be in original condition, all tags attached and remaining in place, unworn and unwashed including hygiene seal. ***Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Australian returns - all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
International returns - all claims must be lodged within 14 days from date of shipping.
If a return does not align with our standards, CASIKA the right to reject the return.
We do not offer any refund on sale items .
You will incur the postage price of sending the garment back.
Note: CASIKA will not be responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details
