Australian & International orders

We have chosen to send your swimwear package via Sendle, our 100% carbon neutral shipping partner. 

 

 

CASIKA  ships within Australia through Sendle (a carbon neutral courier) and internationally via Australia Post.

Within Australia shipping will take between 3-5 business days.

World wide Australia Post ships between 5-10 business days.

Shipping Australia $10

Shipping worldwide $25

* Unfortunately CASIKA will not be responsible for any items lost or missing through Australia Post, Sendle or any other courier service used however we will do everything we can to locate your items!

     

      

    Returns

    Refund & Return Policy

    CASIKA does not offer refunds on our swimwear due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.

    Garment must be returned within 10 days in original condition, all tags attached and remaining in place, unworn and unwashed including hygiene seal. ***Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

    Australian returns - all exchange garments will need to be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. 

    International returns - all claims must be lodged within 14 days from date of shipping.

    If a return does not align with our standards, CASIKA the right to reject the return.

    We do not offer any refunds - a credit will be issued in the event the swimwear is sent back.

    You will incur the postage price of sending the garment back unless it is faulty and agreed by our team.

    Note: CASIKA will not be responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details
