* Unfortunately CASIKA will not be responsible for any items lost or missing through Australia Post, Sendle or any other courier service used however we will do everything we can to locate your items!

Order Process time: Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

RETURNS POLICY:

CASIKA does not offer refunds but we are happy to offer exchanges for wrong sizes, as long as an email is sent to us within 10 days of the item being received to request the return. The items must be unused and in the original packaging. Return postage will be at the buyers expense - we will provide a code to use back on the website to choose the new product which is the 100% off but shipping will be again at the expense of the customer.

Note: CASIKA will not be responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details
