We know how hard it can be to balance motherhood and building a career, and today I wanted to share some of my (Aussie) inspiration for Casika. These women are not only setting an example of how to balance motherhood and entrepreneurship but also creating a positive impact on society and the environment. 
 

      1. Eleanore Pendleton, Founder of Gritty Pretty

        Eleanore is a multi award winning journalist and even post children she continues to flex her strength in the business world founding her empire Gritty Pretty, an online publication dedicated to sharing women's beauty, and building it to become Australia's Go-To destination for beauty advice, building a strong following for herself and being Mum to gorgeous Banjo who is now 3 years old, and baby #2 on the way!

      2. Simone Doulaveras (Nee Barry), Founder of The Loft Pilates

        Simone began her mission with Loft to promote healthy, mobile, strong and aligned bodies in 2017. After years of building, Simone has created a successful business and brand, with multiple studios across sydney that inspire men and women on a daily basis to be the best versions of themselves, all while being a great Mum to her gorgeous daughter, Cora.

      3. Zoe Foster-Blake, Founder of Go-To Skincare

        It wouldn't be a true women's success journal post without mentioning the one and only Zoe Foster-Blake to our list. Inspiration to women in business not only in Australia but all over the world, Zoe has created an empire, writing children's books and selling her baby “Go-To” skincare for a fortune, and achieving all of this after having her 2 little bub's, Sonny and Rudy.

      4. Natalie Dean-Weymark, Co- Founder of Compass Studio.

        Almost four years in, Compass Studio is an impact-led PR & Digital Marketing agency that works with some of Australia and the world’s best brands in the ethical, environmental and sustainability space. Mum of beautiful boys Otis and Darcy, Natalie continues to handle the work/life balance of being a mum and successful entrepreneur. 

 
These women are inspiring, and their stories remind me that I can balance motherhood and building a career while making a positive impact on the world (or in-fact, do whatever it is that we want!). We hope their stories will inspire you to pursue your own dreams and goals, and we'd love to hear your story too!
